Legal

Terms

Last updated 8 September 2026

These terms cover your use of this website (soulrevivaldjs.co.uk), run by Soul Revival. By using the site you accept them. They are separate from the terms of any DJ booking, which we agree with you directly.

Using the site

We keep the information here (event dates, availability, coverage area and so on) as accurate and current as we can, but it can change and may occasionally contain errors, so please check with us before relying on it. Don’t use the site unlawfully, and don’t try to interfere with it, overload it, or gain access to parts that aren’t public.

Reviews and photos you submit

You keep ownership of any review or photo you submit. By submitting it you give Soul Revival a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and keep it on this website and our social media, for as long as you don’t ask us to remove it.

You confirm that:

  • the review is genuine and your own honest opinion;
  • you took the photos, or otherwise have the right to share them;
  • anyone clearly identifiable in a photo is happy for it to appear on the site; and
  • the content isn’t unlawful, misleading, offensive or defamatory.

We read every submission before it goes up and may edit it lightly for clarity, decline to publish it, or remove it later, at our discretion. You can ask us to take down your review or photo at any time by emailing soul_revival@outlook.com.

Our content

The design, text, logo, artwork and photography on this site belong to Soul Revival or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Links to other sites

We link out to ticket sellers, social media and music streaming services. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the last change. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. See also our Privacy policy.
